Refund Eligibility

Refunds for digital subscriptions are generally considered within 7 days of purchase, provided that no benefits or discounts have been redeemed using the membership card. Once a discount is claimed at a partner center, the subscription is considered 'used' and becomes non-refundable.

Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved, it typically takes 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method. This timeline depends on your bank and our payment gateway partner.

Secure Payments

All transactions and refunds are processed via Razorpay, ensuring maximum security. Refunds will only be credited back to the original source of payment (Bank Account, UPI, or Card) used during the transaction.

To initiate a refund, please email our support team with your transaction ID and the reason for the request. Our team will review your case and respond within 48 hours.
